Book Study

As Christians, our faith in God grows in different ways. We want to increase our knowledge and understanding of God’s Word, increase our emulation of Christ’s life, increase our faith and trust in God, and decrease our sinning. This is a life-long journey that happens as we continue to be led by the Holy Spirit, read God’s word and journey with other Christians who will support us.

Several times a year, a Bible or Spiritual book study will be held.  Beginning on Thursday, July 11, Rev. Bev Duncan will lead us in studying “Psalms–Prayers of the Heart” by Eugene H. Peterson.  We will meet on Thursdays from 1-2:30 PM for six weeks, until August 15th.  To join our group, please see Shirley Smith before or after worship one Sunday.  Books are available for $10.
